Choose your own Path

We offer in-depth courses in Marketing, Product, Venture, Leadership, Business Superpowers, Quantitative Sprints and Strategy. Specialise in, or just dabble with whichever you want.

Hands-on Learning

Each course is offered in 1 week Sprints, with a mix of individual and group-based learning. The week ends with a real-world case study that puts your learning to the test and acts as proof of work.

One-on-one Coaching

Success is as much a function of mindset as it is of skills and expertise.
All Stoa fellows get access to personal coaches, to work together on breaking the mental barriers holding you back.

THE PROCESS

How the Stoa Program works

PHASE 1

Counselling

30 - 60 min call with us to discuss your goals & experience and figure out whether Stoa is the right fit for you.

PHASE 2

Orientation

A 3-day, on campus session covering the basics of business and setting the foundation for the next 12 months.

PHASE 3

Sprints & Coaching

The next 12 months are in your hands. Pick the domains you want to build expertise in, plan and do the relevant Sprints. Book coaching sessions.

PHASE 4

Answer Levels Exam

Clear the Stoa L1, L2 and L3 to get certified. Answer at your own time.
